Chef Susan Maddox returns to demonstrate a delicious summer menu utilizing the fresh ingredients found in local grocery stores and early farmer’s markets. Guests will learn that using a recipe with only a few ingredients, when used properly, provides incredible flavors. She will illustrate and discuss some great methods and techniques which make your time in the kitchen more efficient and fun. Samples of each dish will be provided for you to take home to try.
