Susan Wilkens of Dancing Cranes Yoga in Riverside joins us in person to lead each class. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN YOGA MAT.
This is the class for you if you’ve never done yoga, if you want to get back to yoga, or if you want to explore familiar postures in a different way. Classes will include a slow warm-up with gentle stretching, and a variety of lying, seated, standing, and balancing poses. Your instructor will help you find the version of every posture that works for you.
